When I got the first pack of the Vanilla Beans, I was impressed with the package. It was very tightly sealed and the inside was sealed to keep the beans fresh. When I cut open the first bean, the smell was intoxicating!!! The beans are so dark and lovely, I made vanilla with them and I can't wait to use it. I have a recipe for Vanilla Cup Cakes and I will be using some of these beans.
