  • 125 gram Butter at room Temperature
  • 200 gram Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Heart & Harvest Vanilla Bean Powder
  • 2 whole Whole Eggs
  • 400 gram Bananas mashed (4 whole approx) Mashed with a fork
  • 225 gram All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 9 inch Loaf Pan Greased and Lined with parchment paper.

Instructions

  1. Cream Butter, sugar and Vanilla Bean powder until fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, Fully incorporating before adding the next one. Scraping as needed.
  3. Add the mashed bananas, scraping as needed. Add the Sifted Dry Ingredients (Flour, salt and baking soda) until just combined.
  4. Pour Batter into Greased and lined mold.
  5. Bake at 325' for 60 to 90 min. Rest for 10 min. Test with a skewer to ensure it is completely baked and the skewer comes out clean.
  6. Rest 10 min. Unmold on to the cooling rack until completely cool.
